Our Minimum Order is 100 Doz/per style but you can mix it into four colors. Click on the picture of each style to see the color assortments. In general, the lead time for production is 30~ 45 days after the order is confirmed. We also can provide clients with confirmation samples for reference before mass production and can revise them according to the requests from client as possible as we can. But it will need more 10~14 days to get the samples ready. And before each delivery, we would have a strict QC inspection to make sure the best quality end on clients’ side.

Generally, our price range is from USD9.5/doz ~ USD30/doz. As you know the pricing has a slight difference by different material & quality requirement reasonably. Please feel free to contact us if you have any price inquiry or requirement. We will be more than happy to assist you in anyway.

For the lens, we can supply PC, Polarized, PC Polarized, CR39, CR39 Polarized Lens depends on customer’s individual requirement.

The explanation and characteristic of each lens are as below:
1. AC (acrylic plastic) lens is most common lens used in sunglasses, quite suitable for fashion styles with lower price. It has the same disadvantages as PC, but not its advantages (high mechanical resistance).
2. PC (polycarbonate) lens is the most impact resistance and popular lens used in sunglasses. It has premium safety characteristic and it is common using on sunglasses to kids, sporty, safety and industry with competitive price.

• Inherent UV protection PC lens have built a UV absorber that absorbs 99.9% UV lights. It can protect you fully against UV.PC Lens in their natural form (no additional coatings or dye) offer 98-99% ultra-violet light protection to the eye.
• Comfort: Lighter & Thinner: PC lens are up to 37% lighter than the common plastic lens and are up to 46% thinner than traditional plastic lenses.
• Hard multi coating and EMI coating: prevent from the scratch, which can extend the lens’s life.
3. PL (polarized) lens is another kind of popular and common lens used in sunglasses market but the price is a little bit higher than PC lens. For your info., it has the following characteristic.

4. CR39 Sun Lens is a thermosetting polymer( it doesn’t melt if heated) and does not require anti-scratch protection treatment. It is widely used for ophthalmic lenses because of its high optical qualities.
• 50% Lighter than traditional glasses lenses
• Thin, Brightness, UV protection. The scratch and impact resistance are 20 times of glass lenses
• Easy dyeing can dye all kinds of colours and with various coating.
• Colour: Plano, Solid colour, Gradual colour, Double Colour.
BTW, TR90 (Grilamid) is a kind of nylon raw material used on frame/temple. Injection frame in TR90 is more flexible and more comfortable than in PC as worn. Most of the sporty eyewear with high quality clients always requests to use this material.
